We hired Catrin in 2021 to project manage the bespoke creation and implementation of our new database for Yachting Pages Media Group.
Catrin liaised with the software developer, communicating our requirements and testing the system each time an update was made. This meant that, as a Company, we could continue with our day to day activities with minimal disruption.
As YP offers a wide range of products (with all heavily relying on data), creating a bespoke CRM was no small task. However, with Catrin’s skills and expertise, we now have a fully functioning system which has digitalised as well as streamlined all of our previously outdated and laborious processes.
For example, attending a recent boat show, where previously we would have had to carry paper forms requiring significant Admin (whilst away + after boat show in office), having a fully functioning database meant that we could complete all the work required at the time. A huge time saver!
